Vidhi Shah’s professional journey spans more than fifteen years across luxury retail, brand development, and international markets. Her work has taken her through retail environments across the UAE, GCC, the United Kingdom, the United States, and global duty free networks. Throughout this journey, one idea has remained central to her approach: strong brands are not simply presented to audiences, they are experienced by them.

A certified specialist in Luxury Brand Management, Vidhi has built her career at the meeting point of strategy and execution. Her work has included guiding product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and shaping brand presence across highly competitive global markets. Known for her ability to combine analytical clarity with creative perspective, she approaches brand building as both a commercial discipline and a human experience.

Today, she serves as Head of Sales and Business Development at AU Finja, where she oversees a global retail network spanning thousands of stores across the UAE, GCC, the United Kingdom, the United States, Hong Kong, and international duty free markets. In this role, she works closely with partners and teams to develop strategies that strengthen brand visibility while sustaining long term business growth.

Vidhi’s professional foundation began in financial services with ICICI Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Those early years shaped her commercial instincts and her ability to understand markets through the lens of relationships and trust. She later carried that perspective into the luxury jewellery and retail sector through her work with INDIGOLD, Kiara Jewels, and Gold AE, where she led expansion initiatives and built partnerships with leading retailers including Dubai Duty Free.

Alongside her corporate work, Vidhi is also an active mentor, trainer, and speaker. She regularly shares her experience with retail teams and aspiring professionals, focusing on customer engagement, brand storytelling, and the craft of building lasting connections with audiences.

Colleagues and collaborators often describe her leadership as composed, perceptive, and quietly decisive. Across industries and markets, Vidhi’s work continues to be guided by a simple principle: meaningful growth comes from clarity of vision, thoughtful strategy, and careful execution.
